THERE IS A PARTICULAR RUG THAT I AM LOOKING FOR, DO YOU HAVE MORE IN STOCK THAT AREN’T ON YOUR WEBSITE?

All the rugs displayed online are only a fraction of our rugs. Visit us to see more or gives us a call on01562 755795.

DO YOU HAVE A LARGER SELECTION OF RUGS IN DIFFERENT SIZES?

Yes we do, contact us to find our more. Alternatively come into our factory showroom where you can choose from our selection and we can order you the correct size.

HOW DO I STOP MY RUG FROM MOVING?

We offer an anti-slip fleece material that is to be placed underneath your rug. Make sure you buy enough to cover the whole rug to get the best results. This will help to eliminate the creeping problem. It works great on hard wood floors but on brand new carpet you may need to wait until your carpet stops shedding.

CAN WE COME AND COLLECT OUR RUG IN STORE?

Yes you can, we will notify you when your rug is ready to be collected. This can take a few days as not all stock is stored in store.

CAN MY OLD RUG BE REPAIRED?

If you bring your rug in to us, we will see what we can do. Most of the time we can repair it, but if the condition is very bad it is better to get a new one. We will give you an honest opinion for what is the best for your rug.

CAN MY CARPET/RUG BE CUT TO MY UNIQUE SIZE?

Your carpet can be cut to your unique size. If it is a machine made rug we will need to see it first and give you advice on what we could do. If you are unsure please contact us via email or phone before you come.

WHAT TYPE OF EDGING DO YOU PUT ON TO MY CARPET/RUG?

We have two types of edging, a wool yarn overlocking is the most common being cost effective. The other type which is a more unique option is to have a cotton tape which is folded around the edges of your carpet, this creates a fashionable statement border on your rug.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SIZE CARPET YOU CAN EDGE?

The maximum size we can accommodate is 3.00m x 3.00m for taping and overlocking is 5.00m x 5.00m. If you are planning to have something big to be overlocked please call us to arrange when we can fit it in.
